Build Your LYNX

Follow these steps and tips to create the ultimate digiscoping system for you.

BUILD YOUR LYNX

A complete LYNX Digiscoping System Needs:

  • A LYNX Mag Plate Kit
  • LYNX Adaptor (Optic Specific)
  • A Rigid, Flat-Backed Phone Case
  • Tip 1 - Flat & Rigid

Use a flat, rigid-backed phone case for optimal performance. Avoid silicone or other flexible cases, as they may compromise the stability and repeatability of the LYNX system.

  • Tip 2 - No Sliding Covers

Avoid phone cases with large camera lips or sliding camera covers. For proper fit, any camera protection should protrude no more than 0.125 in (3.2 mm) from the back of the case.

  • Tip 3 - Keep It Simple

Avoid phone cases with built-in accessories such as kickstands, pop-out grips, or finger rings, as they may interfere with the LYNX mounting system.
